A Full Digital Workflow to Design and Mill a Splint for a Patient with Temporomandibular Joint Disorder

In the rehabilitation of a patient with loss vertical dimension, repositioning condyle may be crucial to avoid loading on retrodiscal area temporomandibular joint (TMJ). However, establishing new position within glenoid cavity is not simple procedure, and several indications exist in literature. Digital techniques 3D visualization using cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) can help. this clinical case, procedure for described basis restoration normal widths intra-articular spaces recently introduced software (Avantis3D). After end splint, second examination confirmed accuracy full digital which represents, selected cases, useful choice.
